Hi, I’m Susannah Beier, PMHNP-C
Welcome—I’m truly glad you’re here.
I started this practice with a clear purpose: to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you’ve already taken an important first step just by being here.
My path into mental health care grew from years of working closely with women and families, and a deep desire to support others through vulnerable seasons of life. With a strong foundation in both women’s health and psychiatry, I’ve had the privilege of helping adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, grief, and postpartum struggles.
Today, I provide virtual psychiatric medication management for adults. My approach is rooted in clinical expertise, compassion, and an unwavering belief that care should feel personal. I take time to understand each person’s unique experiences and tailor treatment plans that reflect their goals and needs—not a standard formula, but a collaborative process built around you.
This work is more than a job to me—it’s a calling. Whether you’re adjusting to change, facing long-standing emotional pain, or simply unsure where to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you with honesty, empathy, and real solutions.
What You Can Expect
I believe that meaningful care is built on trust and real connection. When we work together, you’ll experience:
Compassion and respect – Your story and emotions matter here.
Individualized treatment – Every plan I create is shaped around your specific life, needs, and values.
Evidence-based care – I use current, research-supported tools to guide safe, effective treatment.

A Bit About Me
I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a mom of two, a small business owner, and married to a retired Army veteran. I understand what it’s like to juggle family, work, and the invisible weight of mental strain. I also believe in the power of movement—when I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on my Peloton bike or soaking in quiet moments with my kids and a cup of coffee.
Let’s Connect
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to feel better, I’m here to help. You don’t need to have it all figured out—I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward, one step at a time.
You’re not alone—and I’m honored to be part of your journey.

Clients
I am best positioned to serve adults (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, adjustment disorders, prolonged grief, and other mood-related conditions. I have specialized expertise in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, making me particularly well-suited to support individuals navigating mental health challenges during pregnancy and postpartum.
Clients who benefit most from my approach are those seeking a collaborative, evidence-based treatment plan that integrates medication management with supportive therapy. I work well with individuals who value open communication, education about their mental health, and a personalized, holistic approach to care. Additionally, I collaborate closely with therapists to ensure continuity of care and a well-rounded support system.
Whether clients are experiencing mild to severe symptoms, navigating life transitions, or struggling with emotional regulation, I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where they feel empowered and supported on their path to wellness.
Please note at this time, I do not prescribe any controlled substances outside the states of Florida, Washington, or California.
